Head Freshman Coach: Tracey Rodarte

For more than a decade, Coach Rodarte has taught Special Education here at CHS. From 2008-2011 Rodarte was also the Head Varsity Boys Coach guiding her teams to a state quarterfinal and semifinal during her four-year tenure. Before her time at Chandler, Rodarte was the Head Boys Coach at Mesa High. Combined she has led her teams to three final four appearances along with several all-region and all-state players.

As a player, Coach Rodarte was a member of the 1994 State Champion Westwood Warriors, where she played for legendary Head Coach Steve Crook. Tracey received a scholarship to play at Montana State University before an injury set her career back. She finished her college career at Scottsdale Community College. She was recently inducted to the Mesa Sports Hall Of Fame!

We are excited to have Coach Rodarte back on the sidelines with us this fall. In addition to coaching the freshman team, she serves as the tournament director for the House of Payne Invitational and runs the program’s strength and conditioning schedule. She currently coaches for Spiral Volleyball Club.

Tracey has two sons, Gunner and Ryder. Both are student-athletes at CHS.
